Waking has just become a wondrous thing to do when you wake up to a beautiful view of the woods, woodpeckers, a running creek, variety of birds and so much more. This house is set back off the main road, if you can call it a main road; it is more like a path to your secluded home. There are places to ride your bike, walk your dog, drive your four-wheeler, or just relax under the trees in a hammock.
As you come up the driveway you will notice a gorgeous 2004, 1,835 sq. ft., two-car garage home. The home features a remote controlled garage door opener, and a pre-installed Brinks security system. The windows are specialized three pane, weatherized safety windows, that are made larger than normal windows this will put your family at ease knowing you can always escape if need arises. All you have to do is push these security windows out and out you walk, literally stepping out of the window.
As you stroll up to the front door you can view the 3.5 acreage that surrounds this lovely home. On opening the front door the first thing you realize is how spacious this home is. Gray stone ceramic tiling is in the entrance, the living room is set to the left as you enter the home and to your right is the dining area. Two long oak bars separate the kitchen and the living room.
When looking up at the ceiling you will notice ceiling oak fans one is in the living room and the other in the dining room. The kitchen has a country look with a rustic mystic about it with oak cabinets and professionally tiled floors, the sq. ft. for the living room, kitchen and dining room is 31’5” x 20’. There are several windows that look out to your private little forest. The open design will make entertaining your friends and family a nice experience while you cook in the kitchen, there are no walls separating you from your dinner quests. The floors in the kitchen are also gray stone ceramic tiles.
As you walk to the kitchen on your right you will find a door leading out to your two car garage. There are hook ups for a washer and dryer and lots of storage space. There is a pull down ladder that leads into the ceiling which can also be used as additional storage space. Let me add that the garage door is also a specialized door made with 2 inch thick steal backing.
On entering the sun room from the kitchen the first thing you notice is the stunning view through the three specialized sliding glass doors that lead out to a wrap around pre-treated (every year) wood deck, which looks out to your private wooded forest and Otter Creek. The sun room has outlets for a Jacuzzi and the size is 21’ x 13’ sq. ft.
From the sun room to your left is a door that leads to the master bedroom. This room is completely carpeted with indoor/outdoor carpets, with a nice size windows and a large closet. This room size is 23’2” x 13’2” sq. ft.
When leaving the master bedroom to your left is a door that leads out to the hallway. There is a linen closet to your right and on your left is your first bathroom. The bathroom has ceramic tiling, oak cabinets and marble sink, a nice size bath tub/shower with shower doors. This room measure out to be 6’3” x 7’3” sq. ft.
Go down the hall is another bedroom set off to the right hand side. This room has wall to wall indoor/outdoor carpeting, also has a large walk in closet, and a nice size window to look out upon the yard, measurements are 15’4” x 12’8” sq. ft.
Down the hall from here is your second bathroom. This has been built with handicapped features, such as a handicapped showering area, and railings throughout. Also this room has ceramic tiling and oak and marble sink area. This bathroom measures out at 9’5” x 7’3” sq. ft.
There is more to this house than one can list. So please if you’re interested all I need is 24 hour notice and you can come see your new home!
